Sea Glimpse

Sea Glimpse is a first-floor apartment in Dawlish Warren, a short way from Starcross. Steps lead up to the property, and a private balcony off the living area looks out over the surroundings, a good spot for breakfast or an evening drink.

Inside, the open-plan living space brings together the kitchen, dining area and sitting area, with balcony doors letting in plenty of light. The apartment sleeps 4 across two bedrooms, a double with a Freeview TV and a bunk room, sharing a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC.

The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave, a fridge with an ice box, a kettle and a toaster, and two Freeview TVs plus WiFi cover time indoors. Electric radiators heat the apartment, and private parking is provided for one car. Outside, the balcony comes furnished for sitting out.

Sea Glimpse does not accept pets, and the property isn't suitable for children under 4. Smoking isn't permitted. The shop is 0.2 miles away, a pub 0.1 miles and the beach 0.3 miles, so Dawlish Warren's sandy stretch, dunes and nature reserve are all close at hand, along with a golf course and a railway station on one of the region's most scenic coastal lines.
