Sunny View

Sunny View is a ground-floor apartment on a holiday park in Dawlish Warren, near Starcross. It sleeps 4 across two bedrooms, a double and a children's bunk room, with a shower room that has a walk-in shower, basin and WC. Around 10 steep steps lead up to the property, worth noting if anyone in your group has mobility concerns.

The open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area has an electric oven and grill, a ceramic hob, a microwave, a fridge with a small freezer compartment and a washer/dryer, with fuel, power, towels and bed linen included in the rent. Electric radiators heat the apartment throughout, and there is a TV and WiFi in the sitting area for evenings in.

One allocated parking space comes with the property, with additional paid parking available nearby for a second car. Outside, a balcony with patio furniture looks out over the communal gardens shared with the rest of the holiday park, with glimpses of the sea in the background.

Sunny View does not accept pets, and smoking is not permitted anywhere in the apartment. The shop and pub are around 0.1 miles away and the beach around 0.2 miles. Note that from June to August the property only accepts Saturday-to-Saturday bookings, so plan arrival and departure dates around that during the summer months.
