Dolphin Chalet

Dolphin Chalet is a two-storey holiday chalet on the Welcome Family Holiday Park in Dawlish Warren, a short distance from Starcross across the Exe estuary. The chalet sleeps 6 across two upstairs bedrooms, a double and a family room with two singles and a bunk bed, and can be booked alongside a neighbouring chalet for larger groups.

The open-plan living space downstairs holds the kitchen, dining area and sitting room, with an electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave and fridge/freezer in the kitchen, and a Smart TV, DVD player and WiFi in the sitting area, alongside a selection of books, games and DVDs for family evenings in. A shower room with a walk-in shower and basin sits upstairs, with a separate WC.

A shared front patio has furniture for sitting out, and there is off-road parking on site along with an on-site launderette. Electric central heating covers the chalet. Dawlish Warren's own mile-long sandy beach and 55-acre nature reserve are a short walk away, with a lifeguarded summer bathing area and a railway station on the Exeter to Newton Abbot line.

Dolphin Chalet takes one well-behaved dog, with a second potentially welcome on request, and the property is no smoking. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out by 10am, and the lead guest must be at least 21; stag, hen and similar parties, along with commercial bookings, are not accepted. A shop and pub are 0.1 miles away and the beach 0.6 miles.
