Cotmore

Cotmore lies near Kingsbridge, the market town on its own estuary in Devon’s South Hams. Curlew at Cotmore is a lodge sleeping six across three bedrooms: two king-size doubles, one with an en-suite wet room and WC, plus a twin, served by a main bathroom with a shower over the bath. The open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area has a corner sofa, TV and DVD player, with the kitchen fitted with an electric combi oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and coffee machine. A separate closet holds the washing machine and dryer.

Outside, the lodge has a large enclosed rear garden and a patio area furnished with a BBQ and seating. Underfloor heating and Wi-Fi are included, and allocated parking is provided for two cars.
