North Tawton

Staddon House stands at the end of a private driveway near the village of North Tawton, which has its own shops and pubs. The house sleeps up to twelve, with an extra single bed available on request in a second-floor twin room. Six bedrooms and four bathrooms are arranged over two floors: a master bedroom with en-suite and three further king-size rooms sharing a bathroom and shower room on the first floor, plus two more bedrooms with a Jack and Jill shower room above.

Downstairs, a sitting room with a dual-aspect wood burner sits alongside a kitchen-diner fitted with a range cooker, two dishwashers and a wine cooler, plus a utility room and a mosaic-tiled sunroom. A detached games room offers table tennis, pool and table football, while outside there is seating for twelve, a hot tub, a charcoal barbecue, off-road parking and electric vehicle charging. Up to three dogs can stay, and the house is not taken for group, hen or stag bookings.
