The Old Bank Flat

The Old Bank Flat is a first-floor apartment above the pharmacy in the centre of North Tawton, reached by a staircase up to a spacious hallway. It sleeps 4 across two bedrooms, and a large bay window in the open-plan living and dining room looks over the square towards the town's Clock Tower.

The master bedroom has a super-king-size bed, a desk and its own en-suite bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. The second bedroom is a twin, and a separate shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC sits across the hallway, giving the flat two bathrooms in total.

The open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer dryer, kettle, coffee pod maker and toaster, plus a Smart TV and WiFi throughout. Central heating, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent, and the kitchen and dining area flow into the sitting room, a sociable layout for a self-catered stay.

Parking is on the street, available on a first-come, first-served basis. The shop and pub are both 0.1 miles away, and North Tawton itself sits on the Tarka Trail Southern Loop walking route. No pets or smoking are allowed at the property.
