Bondleigh

Bondleigh sits near the town of Winkleigh in Devon, and its accommodation is represented by Butterfly Rest, a barn conversion on a working farm. The property sleeps five across three bedrooms, a double, a twin and a single, served by one bathroom with a shower over the bath. An open-plan lounge, kitchen and diner forms the main living space, fitted with an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine and a coffee machine.

Outside, guests have a large enclosed patio with garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue, along with ample off-road parking and a playhouse for children. Dogs are welcome, up to two, though they are not permitted upstairs and a stairgate is provided; leads are required beyond the garden because of livestock on the farm. Guests can also arrange to help feed the animals directly with the owner during their stay.
