Dartington

Dartington sits near Totnes in South Devon, with Love Barn set on grounds at Dartington where the owners also live. This converted rural barn sleeps six across three bedrooms and offers a private setting away from the main house, reached by crossing a walkway into ground-floor living accommodation.

Inside, an open-plan lounge, kitchen and diner has a vaulted ceiling, exposed beams and wooden floors, with a wood burner at the lounge end and a fitted kitchen with a farmhouse table for family meals. A glass-balustrade staircase leads to the lower ground floor, where two king-size bedrooms and a bunk room, accessed through the master, share a family bathroom with both a bath and a wet room-style shower. Outside, there is a seating area and private parking for two cars, with electric vehicle charging available on site.
