Broadhempston

Broadhempston is a Devon village with two traditional pubs and a village store. The property sleeps four across a king-size bedroom and a twin room with vaulted ceilings, and has one bathroom with a bath and overhead shower. Downstairs, slate tile floors run through an open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area warmed by underfloor heating and an electric fire, with glass doors opening onto a gravelled seating area outside.

Guests at Teign Cottage share access to a 4-acre orchard, a lawn garden, a veranda with relaxation seating, a sunken hot tub and an indoor heated swimming pool, all allocated on a rota giving each cottage dedicated daily time slots. A charcoal BBQ and outdoor dining furniture are also available. The cottage accommodates one dog and has private parking within a shared eight-space car park, along with high-speed Starlink wi-fi and a shared laundry room with complimentary detergent.
