Mulberry Cottage

Mulberry Cottage is a homely cottage in the small hamlet of Staple, less than a mile from Dartington Hall and close to Dartington. It sleeps 8 across four bedrooms with sloping ceilings, two king-size and two twin, and two bathrooms.

The ground floor has a kitchen/diner with a gas Range cooker and dishwasher, a utility and boot room, a dining room, a sitting room with a woodburning stove, and a snug to break away to. A washer/dryer, microwave and fridge/freezer round out the kitchen appliances, and a Smart TV with WiFi covers evenings in.

One king-size bedroom has Jack-and-Jill access to a bathroom with a bath and shower over, and a second shower room with a walk-in shower serves the rest of the house. Take care of the sloping ceilings in the bedrooms, and children should be supervised at all times because of the pond and stone steps in the garden.

Outside, the enclosed garden has a lawn, a picnic bench, a barbecue and a pond. Roadside parking is unallocated for one car at the front of the property, with additional parking close by. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome, and the property is strictly no smoking. The shop is 0.3 miles away and the pub 0.2 miles.
