Tigley Meadow Coach House

Tigley Meadow Coach House sits on a rural smallholding a couple of miles from Dartington and from Totnes, with a historic railway line running alongside the property; trains pass infrequently and the sound is generally brief. The open-plan living area brings together the kitchen, dining and sitting space, with an electric double oven, electric hob and fridge/freezer, plus a Smart TV and WiFi.

The coach house sleeps 4 across two bedrooms, both with super-king-size beds, Egyptian cotton bedding and large Velux windows fitted with blackout blinds. The principal bedroom has an en-suite with a bath, shower, basin and WC, plus a desk; the second bedroom has its own en-suite with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. Heating runs on gas, backed by solar panels.

Outside, the non-enclosed front garden has a patio, seating and a barbecue for eating out. Off-road parking is provided for 2 cars, and a dishwasher and highchair are available. The owner lives next door, and the shop is 2.3 miles away, the pub 1.8 miles and a river 1.4 miles.

No pets are allowed and smoking isn't permitted. The property suits guests happy with the sound of occasional trains, including heritage steam services at certain times of year, passing behind the coach house.
