Broadwoodkelly

Broadwoodkelly is a small village in Mid and East Devon, set within walking distance of footpaths and countryside. Jasmine Cottage is a two-bedroom thatched period property in the village, sleeping up to four guests across a king-size bedroom and a bunk room suited to young children. Inside, low beamed ceilings, a leather sofa, and a wood burner give the lounge and dining area considerable character. A hand-crafted dining table seats four, and the compact country kitchen holds an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, and washing machine.

The ground-floor shower room has a walk-in shower and WC, while steep cottage-style stairs and low door frames are worth bearing in mind when planning a visit. Outside, an enclosed shingle garden with bistro furniture provides a private spot to sit, and there is off-road parking for one car. Up to two small or medium dogs are welcome, with an outdoor tap for muddy paws.
