Barn conversion near Winkleigh with a private hot tub

Granary Barn is a barn conversion near Winkleigh, in the Devon countryside, with exposed beams, wood flooring and natural stone walls throughout. It sleeps 4 across two bedrooms: a super-king room that can be set up as a twin on request, and a king-size room.

A single bathroom serves both bedrooms, with a bath, a walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC.

The open-plan living space combines a sitting area with a woodburning stove and TV, a dining area and a kitchen fitted with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and a coffee maker. A second woodburning stove provides additional heating, and WiFi covers the property. A cot and highchair are available on request.

Outside, the garden has patio furniture, a barbecue and a hot tub, though towels for the hot tub are not provided. Off-road parking is available. No pets are allowed, smoking is not permitted, and the barn does not take parties or events. A shop and pub are both 3.1 miles away, and Winkleigh itself has a shop, post office, butcher, cafe and two pubs, one brewing its own cider from the Winkleigh Cider Company. A fish and chip van visits the village twice a week, and Dartmoor's open tors are within easy reach for walkers.
