Two bunk rooms and a shared family bathroom sit on the ground floor, while two double rooms upstairs each have their own en-suite. The L-shaped lounge has an open fireplace with a starter basket of logs, plush sofas and a Smart TV, and the farmhouse-style kitchen comes equipped with an electric oven and hob, dishwasher and Nespresso machine.
Outside, an enclosed garden includes a lawn, patio, trampoline and BBQ, with a hireable hot tub available at extra cost. Shared farm facilities cover a heated indoor pool with pre-bookable daily slots, a sauna, gym, games room, children’s playground, indoor soft-play area, animal barn and a five-acre woodland on the estate. The property holds a Gold award in the Self-Catering Accommodation category at the Devon Tourism Awards 2025 to 26 and does not accept dogs.
