Willow Barn-Beaworthy

Willow Barn is a converted former grain store near Beaworthy, sleeping up to 8 guests across four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The open-plan living space retains double-height ceilings, slate floors and exposed beams, with patio doors opening onto the garden and an open fire for cooler evenings alongside a Smart TV.

One double bedroom and a family bathroom are on the ground floor, while stairs lead to a vaulted landing serving the remaining three rooms: a double with an en-suite shower room, a twin with 2'6" beds, and a bunk room suited to children, plus a second bathroom. The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer and coffee machine.

Outside, the enclosed garden has a lawn, patio with outdoor dining furniture, gas barbecue and trampoline, along with private parking for one car. A private hot tub can be arranged for the garden at an extra charge, with the owner making contact ahead of arrival to confirm details. Cot, highchair and stairgate are available on request, though on a first-come basis.

Guests also have access to shared on-site facilities including a heated indoor swimming pool and sauna, booked via daily two-hour slots through a guest app, with pool towels to be brought by guests, plus a gym and games room with table tennis, pool, darts and table football. An outdoor playground and indoor soft-play area are shared with other guests on the estate, and children should be supervised near the on-site lake and stream. Dogs are not permitted at this property.
