East Chilla

East Chilla is a rural location in Devon, sitting near the town of Beaworthy. Little Wagtail is a semi-detached two-bedroom cottage within a small complex of three properties, arranged to give guests a good degree of privacy while keeping the owners close at hand. Sleeping four, it has a king-size room and a twin room, each with its own en-suite: one with a bath and WC, the other with a shower and WC, plus a separate downstairs WC.

The kitchen is fitted with an electric hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, Tassimo coffee machine, dishwasher, and washing machine. Enclosed decking with a charcoal BBQ and outdoor seating leads off the lounge, and guests share access to a games area with table tennis and table football. A travel cot and highchair are available, private parking fits two cars, and up to two dogs are welcome. Wi-Fi can run at slower speeds given the rural setting, and EV charging is not available at this property.
