Wrens Nest

Wrens Nest occupies a quiet lane in the heart of the village of Slapton, a two-bedroom holiday home with the rolling countryside and the coast both close by. The lane leading off the main road through the village can be tight for larger vehicles. Off-road parking for 2 cars is provided in a nearby car park, and the house sleeps 4 across two double bedrooms and two shower rooms.

The ground floor holds a shower room, a kitchen, a utility room with a washing machine, a dining room and a sitting room with a wood burner. A second shower room is upstairs next to the two double bedrooms, one of which converts to a twin on request, both set under exposed wooden beams.

The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven, induction hob, fridge, freezer and dishwasher, and a Smart TV, WiFi and a selection of books and games are provided. Fuel, power and the wood burner are included in the rent. Outside, a small enclosed grassed area sits to the side of the property, reached by a short walk from the front door, and an open patio sits immediately outside the entrance. A highchair and travel cot are available on request.

Wrens Nest welcomes pets (confirm how many when booking). Smoking is not permitted, and bookings run to a minimum stay of 7 nights. The shop is 0.3 miles away, the pub 0.1 mile, and the beach 0.9 miles, all within reach on foot.
