Woody View

Woody View is a detached house within walking distance of Colyton, with an open-plan living space that leads from the sitting room through to a dining area with sliding doors out to the garden. The kitchen is fully fitted for family cooking, and a separate cloakroom with a basin and WC sits alongside the main bathroom, useful when the house is full.

Three bedrooms sleep five guests: a king-size, a twin and a single, sharing a bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin, heated towel rail and WC. The kitchen has an electric oven, grill and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and hairdryer, and a TV, DVD player and WiFi cover evenings in together.

The rear garden has lawns, a patio area with furniture and a summerhouse, a spot to sit out and take in the rural views during the day. Parking is provided for two cars only, and gas central heating covers the house alongside a gas woodburning-style stove in the sitting room for cooler evenings.

Woody View does not accept pets, and does not accept children under the age of 5. Smoking is not permitted, and the property does not take commercial bookings. The shop is 0.4 miles away and the pub 0.5 miles, both within easy walking distance.
