Wisteria Cottage

Wisteria Cottage stands in the grounds of the owners' home between Lympstone and Exmouth, on the eastern bank of the Exe estuary. It is an adults-only property with one double bedroom, sleeping 2.

The ground floor is open-plan, with a kitchen, dining table and sitting area, and sliding doors onto a decked patio with a table and chairs. Upstairs, reached by fairly steep stairs, the bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite shower room with a WC and basin, with views of the Exe estuary from the window.

The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, a microwave and fridge, and there is a washing machine, a TV with Freeview, WiFi and a landline. Heating is electric. Outside, a bicycle rack is fixed to the cottage wall, and off-road parking is available for up to 2 cars on a shared gravel drive.

Bus stops 100 yards away run frequent services into Exmouth and to Exeter, and the coast path and cycle routes are close by. The nearest shop is about 3 minutes' walk, with a pub around a mile off. No pets are allowed and the property is strictly no smoking.

The Exe Estuary Nature Reserve is close by for birdwatchers, and the Exe Trail runs on towards Exeter via Topsham for an easy walk or ride. Exmouth itself has pubs and restaurants, a bird sanctuary and sandy beaches, with Crealy Park and Bicton Park both within reach for a day out.
