Cedar Ridge

Cedar Ridge is a single-storey, one-bedroom annexe sleeping two, set in a quiet rural spot less than two miles from Exmouth. Entry is through patio doors directly into an open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area finished in calming tones. The compact kitchen includes an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and coffee machine, with a breakfast bar and a separate dining table. A Smart TV and comfortable sofa complete the living space.

The double bedroom faces south with dual-aspect windows and ample storage. A contemporary shower room with a large walk-in shower and WC serves the annexe. Note that there are two steps up into the property, and it is a single-storey layout throughout once inside.

Outside, an enclosed courtyard garden has outdoor furniture and a charcoal BBQ, making it a practical space for an evening outside. A washing machine is available in a separate outdoor building nearby, and there is a tap for rinsing sandy paws and feet. Private parking for one car is provided.

The surrounding lanes and commons give direct access to rural walks, including the East Devon Way, which runs for 40 miles between Exmouth and Lyme Regis. The nearest shop is roughly a mile away and the nearest pub around two miles. One dog is welcome, with a welcome pack included; additional charges may apply.
