Exe View is a ground-floor apartment on the edge of Exmouth, sleeping four guests across two double bedrooms. A single step leads up into an open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area, which forms the heart of the apartment and connects through to both bedrooms.

The kitchen is well equipped for everyday cooking, with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. Both bedrooms and the lounge have Smart TVs, and the rear-facing bedroom has patio doors opening directly onto the garden, while the front-facing bedroom has a contemporary finish. The single bathroom, fitted with a bath, shower and WC, is accessed off the living area.

Outside is an enclosed rear garden with a lawn and a small decked seating area with garden furniture, suited to dogs stretching their legs or an evening drink outdoors. Two dogs are permitted per booking, though additional charges may apply. Private parking is provided for two cars, and there is an EV charging point on site, payable directly to the owner at £25 per week.

A shop is within 0.2 miles, a pub around a mile away, and the beach roughly two miles from the door, linking to the Exe Estuary Cycle Trail towards Topsham. Exeter, with its cathedral and shops, is around ten miles away and reachable by train, with views over the estuary along the route. Powderham Castle, Darts Farm and Killerton House all lie within 15 miles, while Dartmoor National Park, Torbay, Seaton and Lyme Regis are within about 25 miles. Families travelling with young children can request a travel cot and highchair, both provided at the property. Arrival is from 16:00 and departure before 10:00.
