Rolles Rainbow

Rolles Rainbow is a first-floor apartment in the Rolle Gardens development in the centre of Exmouth, a short walk from the sandy beach. It sleeps 2 in a single king-size bedroom, and the building has lift access. The apartment is adults only, with no children accepted, and it sits on the site of the former Rolle College, given to the town by Baron Rolle.

The bedroom has its own TV, and is served by a shower room with a walk-in and rain shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. The open-plan living area combines a kitchen, dining space for two and a sitting area, opening onto a furnished balcony with sea views.

The kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, plus a kettle and toaster. A separate utility space holds a washing machine and tumble dryer. Bed linen and towels are included, and a Smart TV covers the living area alongside the one in the bedroom.

A designated, off-road parking space is provided for 1 car. No pets are allowed, and the apartment is strictly no smoking, including on the balcony. Bookings run to a minimum of 4 nights, and the shop is around 0.4 miles away, with the pub around 0.5 miles and the beach around 0.2 miles.
