Apartment 9

Apartment 9 occupies the second floor of a modern development close to the seafront in Exmouth, reached by stairs from an allocated parking space provided for one car. The apartment sleeps 4 across two bedrooms and a shower room, with an open-plan living space at its centre that pairs a sitting area with a dining table and a fitted kitchen.

The kitchen runs to an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, enough for a full self-catered stay. The sitting area has a sofa in front of a Smart TV, and WiFi covers the whole apartment. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent, so there is little to bring beyond clothes and food.

Both bedrooms come with hanging rails for clothes: a king-size and a double, sharing a shower room fitted with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. The shop is around 0.2 miles from the door, the pub 0.1 miles and the beach half a mile, so the seafront, cafes and everyday essentials are all within an easy walk.

Bookings run to a minimum of 3 nights and a maximum of 14. Apartment 9 does not accept pets, and smoking is not permitted inside. It can also be booked together with two neighbouring apartments in the same building for a larger group.
