Windy Heath stands in half an acre of gardens on the outskirts of Salcombe, with a private driveway leading up to an elevated position that gives most rooms a wide view of the Devon coastline. The house is built for groups, with room to spread out across several separate living spaces.

The house sleeps 8 across four bedrooms: a super king-size room with its own en suite shower, a king-size room and two twin rooms, plus a family bathroom on the same floor. Some of the bedrooms have sea views and the others overlook the rear garden. Downstairs there's a ground-floor cloakroom, a kitchen and diner, a separate dining room and a sitting room with a Smart TV.

The kitchen has two electric ovens, a halogen hob, a dishwasher and a coffee maker, with a washing machine and tumble dryer in the utility room and a second fridge and freezer for larger shops. The front terrace has a barbecue available on request and patio furniture, and an outdoor heated swimming pool sits in the garden with its own summerhouse and pool terrace, open from the late May bank holiday to the end of September.

Windy Heath welcomes one dog, and a travel cot and highchair are provided. Off-road parking is ample, and the property is strictly no smoking. Oil-fired central heating and WiFi cover the house throughout.
