11 Robinsons Row sits just off Fore Street in the heart of Salcombe, close to the town's waterfront, cafes and restaurants. The East Portlemouth passenger ferry is a 3-4 minute walk away, crossing to beaches on the far side of the harbour. The house sleeps 8 across four bedrooms and three bath and shower rooms, arranged in two wings.

On the ground floor, a well-equipped kitchen has a small breakfast table for up to four, with stairs leading to two bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor. A sitting and dining room overlooks the garden with a sofa and two armchairs, and a separate lounge has two sofas, armchairs, an open fireplace, TV and DVD player, with double doors onto the garden. A utility room off this floor has a washing machine and tumble dryer, plus a shower room.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, with an adjacent twin room; a second king-size double sits above the lounge, alongside another twin room. Two further bathrooms serve these bedrooms, one with a bath and rain-head shower, the other a bath with a shower over.

The mature garden runs along the side and rear of the house, with views of the estuary and two sets of garden furniture, though it slopes, so young children need supervising outdoors. A short-stay car park for loading and unloading is 75 metres away, and access to the property itself is steep. No pets are allowed and it is strictly no smoking.
