22 The Salcombe is a first-floor apartment in the heart of Salcombe, with views over the main anchorage towards South Pool Creek and East Portlemouth. The open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining room has two large sofas, a table seating seven, and a refurbished kitchen with an electric hob and oven, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, sliding doors onto the balcony and an en-suite wet room with a walk-in shower. A second king-size bedroom sits at the rear, next to the ground-floor entrance to 'Dick and Wills' restaurant below the apartment, and there are two children's bedrooms, one with bunk beds and one a double. A fully tiled family bathroom with bath and overhead shower serves the remaining bedrooms.

Residents share an outdoor heated swimming pool and a children's pool, both seasonal and normally open from late May to late September, along with private gardens and a communal laundry room. A Smart TV with Netflix and WiFi cover evenings in, and the flat is reached by a lift.

One car has an allocated space in the secure car park, though large pick-up trucks won't fit, and a mooring on the building's own pontoon is available for boats up to 5 metres, removed each November for winter. Electric car charging is not available here. No pets are allowed and the apartment is strictly no smoking.
