1 Combehaven is a three-storey townhouse a short walk from Salcombe's restaurants, shops and waterside, with a modern granite kitchen, an open-plan dining area and a coal-effect gas fire. The lounge has two two-person sofas and French doors onto a balcony with views over the town towards the estuary and countryside beyond.

Of the four bedrooms, one king-size room has an en-suite bathroom with an overhead shower, and there's a twin room and a bunk room for children, plus a separate shower room with a power shower on the first floor. A ground-floor cloakroom has a w.c and hand basin, and one bedroom is on the ground floor.

The kitchen has a gas hob and oven, a fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a microwave, and doors from the dining area open onto a garden with a table and chairs for meals outside, looking over the estuary. For reasons of comfort, the property is limited to a maximum of six adults, even though it sleeps 8 with children counted in.

Two cars can park in the designated spaces, one behind the other; boats, trailers and commercial vehicles aren't permitted, and EV charging isn't available at the property. No pets are allowed and the house is strictly no smoking.
