3 Eddystone Row is a three-storey townhouse tucked into a quiet residential street a short walk from the centre of Salcombe. A private rear garden with an established lawn opens onto a furnished decked area with a bistro table and four chairs. The house sleeps up to 8 across four bedrooms, though the property takes a maximum of six adults, since the bunk room is for children only.

The ground floor holds a double bedroom with an en suite shower room and bi-fold doors opening onto the garden, alongside the open-plan kitchen, dining and living space. The kitchen has a Belfast sink, Bosch oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher and fridge/freezer, with a dining table for eight. Three steps lead down to a further sitting area with two sofas, a TV and a games console.

On the second floor, the master bedroom has a double bed and its own en suite shower room, and a twin room sits alongside the bunk room. A family bathroom with a bath and overhead shower serves the upper floors, and a highchair and travel cot are provided for younger visitors.

Heating and hot water are air-sourced throughout, and off-road parking for one car is provided on the driveway, which sits on an incline. Plastic, metal and cardboard recycling is not available at the property, and the house is strictly no smoking.
