Willow

Willow is a second-floor apartment in the heart of Kingsteignton, with estuary views and Dartmoor National Park nearby. An open-plan living space combines the kitchen, dining area and sitting area, with a TV and seating for evenings in.

The apartment sleeps 4 across two bedrooms, each with its own TV: a super-king-size room, which can be arranged as a twin, with an en-suite bathroom of its own, and a second twin room that can also convert to a super-king-size on request. A further bathroom, with a bath, shower over, basin and WC, serves the rest of the apartment and its guests.

The kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster, so home-cooked meals are easy to manage, and three TVs plus WiFi cover the apartment throughout. Designated off-road parking is provided, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent.

Willow takes one well-behaved pet for a fee, payable on arrival. The building's leisure club, restaurant, gym, sauna and swimming pool are closed for maintenance until January 2027. Bookings run to a minimum of 2 nights, and smoking is not permitted. The shop is 0.6 miles away, the pub 0.7 miles, with a river and canal 0.4 miles off.
