Maple Lodge

Maple Lodge is a single-storey lodge on a working farm in Teigngrace, around 2 miles from Kingsteignton. It sleeps 4 across two bedrooms, and because the farm is active, children need supervising throughout the stay.

The king-size bedroom has its own en-suite with a walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC, while the twin bedroom shares a separate shower room. Both rooms have Smart TVs. The open-plan living room combines a kitchen, dining area and sitting area warmed by an electric fire, and the kitchen has an electric double oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.

Outside, an enclosed, wrap-around decked area gives space to eat or sit out, and guests can use a shared outdoor heated swimming pool on the wider site, open 8am to 8pm from May to September. A dedicated electric vehicle charging station is also on site, payable at reception. A travel cot and highchair are available on request, and fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

Off-road parking is provided for two cars, and Maple Lodge welcomes one well-behaved dog for an extra charge, though cats are not allowed. Only Saturday arrivals are accepted between 19 July and 30 August, and the property cannot take a Sunday changeover. There is an on-site shop and fishing lake, the nearest pub is 1.6 miles away, smoking is not permitted, and commercial vehicles need prior authorisation.
