Flat 1

Flat 1 is a ground-floor apartment in Kingsteignton, at the head of the Teign Estuary, with all the accommodation set on one level. It opens into a living/dining room with a Smart TV, and a separate kitchen arranged for everyday self-catering, alongside the two double bedrooms and bathroom.

The apartment sleeps 4 across two double bedrooms, both served by a single bathroom fitted with a bath and a walk-in shower, giving guests the choice of a soak or a quick rinse. The kitchen has an electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer and washing machine, with a kettle and toaster for the basics.

Outside, guests have use of an enclosed courtyard, a private spot to sit out. WiFi and gas central heating cover the flat, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent, and a highchair and travel cot are available for younger guests.

Kingsteignton itself has a swimming pool, several churches and a mix of independent and mainstream shops, and the flat is within reach of Newton Abbot, the seaside town of Teignmouth and Torquay for a wider day out.

Off-road parking is provided for 2 cars, and pets are not allowed, with the property also no smoking. The shop and pub are both 0.1 mile away.
