Pucklechurch

Pucklechurch is a lodge on a working farm near Kingsteignton, built by the owners using trees cut from their own woods, with guests given full access to meet the farm's livestock. The open-plan living space has a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area with a woodburning stove, plus a first-floor snug for extra room to spread out.

The king-size bedroom has its own furnished balcony and an en-suite walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC, while the twin room, which can be made super-king-size on request, has a matching en-suite. A separate cloakroom has a basin, heated towel rail and WC. The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and washing machine, and a Smart TV and WiFi are provided throughout, with fuel and power for the stove included in the rent.

Outside, a non-enclosed garden has a lawn area, a gravelled area, a terrace, furniture and a picnic bench for dining outdoors with a view over the countryside. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are available on request, and off-road parking is provided for 4 cars, useful for a larger group travelling together.

Pucklechurch does not accept pets, and smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. The shop is 4.9 miles away and the pub 4.7 miles.
