West Cottage - Ilfracombe

West Cottage forms part of a converted medieval farmhouse on a working farm a few miles from Ilfracombe, and sleeps up to five guests across two bedrooms. The cottage retains exposed beams and period features from its original structure, and stairs lead up to the sleeping accommodation.

The layout comprises one double bedroom and one bedroom with three single beds, served by a single shower room with a double shower cubicle and WC. The lounge has a wood burner, with a first basket of logs included, along with a TV and DVD player. The kitchen/diner is fitted with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and a washer/dryer, and the dining table seats up to six.

Outside there is a small private garden with seating, suitable for outdoor meals in fine weather. The cottage sits within a complex of five holiday properties on a farm, giving access to shared onsite facilities including an indoor play barn with a pool table and table tennis, an outside play area with swings and a slide, and a farm animal area with rescue animals such as alpacas, pigs, donkeys and rabbits.

Up to five dogs are welcome at West Cottage, though they should not be left unattended in the property, and additional charges may apply. Onsite parking is available, and internet access is provided. Towels are not supplied, so guests should bring their own. Check-in is from 4pm and check-out by 10am.
