Rose Cottage At Fairview

Rose Cottage sits in the North Devon countryside near West Down, three miles from Woolacombe beach. The cottage adjoins the owner's home and accommodates four guests across one double bedroom with countryside views and one twin zip-and-link bedroom that converts to a super-king on request. A single shower room with shower and WC serves both bedrooms.

The open-plan lounge and dining area features a TV with DVD player and seating for four at the dining table. The kitchen contains a gas oven and hob, microwave and fridge-freezer. A shared washing machine and tumble dryer is available in the laundry room on the grounds. Off-road parking for two cars is provided.

Outside, the enclosed garden has lawn, garden furniture and a gas barbecue. Two dogs are welcome, though they cannot access the owner's fields because of grazing ponies; a dedicated dog walking field is available at the top of the barns. Guests share use of an on-site tennis court and a games room with a pool table, football table and darts board. A pub and shops lie one mile away.

Arrival is from 16:00 and departure before 10:00. A travel cot and highchair are available. The property is decorated for Christmas. Internet access is provided.
