Mill House Cottage

Mill House Cottage sits within a courtyard on a working farm a few miles from Ilfracombe, one of five holiday properties sharing the site. Entry is through the original barn door into an open-plan lounge, kitchen and diner with a wood burner, first basket of logs included, and a dining table seating six.

The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and a washer/dryer. Upstairs, the galleried double bedroom has rural views and its own en-suite bathroom with bath and hand-held shower, while a twin bedroom across the hall has an en-suite shower room. The cottage sleeps four in total.

Outside is a private, fully enclosed patio with garden furniture and rural views, suited to sitting out or a disposable barbecue bought on site. The farm setting brings rescue animals including horses, alpacas, pigs, donkeys, rabbits, chickens, guinea pigs and ducks, along with a toddler-friendly pets corner. A shared indoor play barn offers pool and table tennis, and there is an outdoor play area with swings and a slide, plus a library of books, toys and videos.

Up to three dogs can stay, though they should not be left unattended in the cottage, and additional charges may apply. Ample on-site parking is provided, and internet access is available. Towels are not included. Check-in runs from 4pm and check-out is by 10am.
