Poppy Cottage At Fairview

Poppy Cottage At Fairview sits in the North Devon countryside within easy reach of Woolacombe beach, three miles away. The property accommodates up to five guests across three bedrooms and adjoins the owner's home. Arrival is from 14:30 and departure by 10:00.

The ground floor contains a twin bedroom with a zip-and-link bed convertible to a double on request, plus a shower room with WC accessed via a step down from the lounge. Upstairs are a double bedroom and a single bedroom. The open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge with ice compartment. A washing machine is in the property and a shared tumble dryer is also available on site. There is a Smart TV in the lounge.

Outside, an enclosed private patio has garden furniture and a gas BBQ. The site includes a tennis court and a games room with foosball and pool tables, both available to guests. Off-road parking for two cars is provided. West Down is the local village, with shops and a pub within one mile.

Up to three dogs are welcome, though they cannot access the owner's fields due to ponies on site. A dedicated dog walking field is available at the top of the barns. Travel cots and highchairs are available on request, making the cottage well suited to families with young children.
