Waters Reach

Waters Reach is a three-bedroom apartment in an elevated spot in Kingsbridge, reached by 35 steps from the parking area, which may not suit less able-bodied guests; a torch is worth bringing if you're arriving after dark. Once inside, the apartment is single-storey and sleeps 5 across a king-size bedroom that converts to two singles on request, a double and a small double, each with plenty of storage, sharing one bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin and WC.

The living/dining room has a balcony with views over the town's rooftops and the surrounding countryside, and the kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, a fridge with an ice box, a washing machine, a slimline dishwasher and a coffee maker. Central heating covers the apartment, and bed linen and towels are supplied. An untethered electric vehicle charge point is available at the property on request.

Outside, a garden has a lawn, patio and furniture, and off-road parking is provided for 1 car. Waters Reach does not accept pets, and the property is no smoking.

The shop and pub are both around 0.1 miles away, in the heart of Kingsbridge, close to the estuary and the town's independent shops and cafes. The Kingsbridge Cookworthy Museum is also within easy reach for a rainy afternoon.
