Waterland Farmhouse

Waterland Farmhouse is a renovated farmhouse in the countryside near Bradworthy, sleeping 10 across five bedrooms. The super king-size room has a walk-in wardrobe and its own en-suite walk-in shower, and the group shares a further bathroom with a bath and walk-in shower, plus two separate cloakrooms with a basin and WC.

Steps lead up from the entrance hall into a living/dining room with a woodburning stove, and there's a second sitting room with its own woodburning stove and a Smart TV. A sunroom looks over the garden and has a record player and a piano, and there's a playroom for younger children, though it has no access to the separate pool room, plus an external games room. The kitchen/diner has a gas range, American-style fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher, and a separate utility handles the laundry.

Outside, the rear garden has a lawn, patio, decking and furniture, along with a football field, and there is a pond in the garden and running water in the wider grounds, worth watching with children or dogs. Steps run throughout the ground floor of the house.

Four well-behaved dogs are welcome. Off-road parking is provided for 4 cars, the nearest shop is 0.8 miles away and the nearest pub 0.7 miles, and smoking is not permitted inside.
