Waterland Old Barn

Waterland Old Barn is a converted barn set in the countryside around Bradworthy, with an open-plan living space built around a woodburning stove and a fitted kitchen with a dining table for family meals. The house sleeps 6 across three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with countryside views from the patio doors at the back.

Bedrooms are split between a ground-floor double, a first-floor double, and a twin, with a ground-floor shower room alongside the family bathroom. A highchair, travel cot and stairgate are all available, and the garden is enclosed with patio, lawn and furniture for outdoor time.

The kitchen has an electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The sitting area has a Smart TV, CD and DVD player and WiFi, and an external games room adds a pool table, dart board and a selection of other games. Central heating covers the property, with fuel and power included in the rent.

Two well-behaved pets are welcome. Off-road parking is provided for 3 cars, and the shop is 0.8 miles away with the pub at 0.7 miles. Smoking is not permitted, and the wider grounds have running water worth being aware of with young children or dogs.
