Lympscott Barn

Lympscott Barn sits on a working farm near Bradworthy, not far from the North Cornish coast and Bude, and sleeps up to 14 guests across six bedrooms. The open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area forms the heart of the property, with a central wood burner (logs included), a range-style oven, dishwasher and a separate utility room housing the washing machine, tumble dryer and additional fridge-freezer.

Bedroom arrangements offer flexibility for larger groups or families. On the ground floor, a super king zip-and-link room can be split into twin beds on request and has its own en-suite bathroom with a small bath, shower and WC, alongside a separate ground-floor WC. Upstairs, two further double rooms each have en-suite shower rooms, joined by a king-size double, a twin room, and a family room fitted with four single beds and its own en-suite shower room. A family bathroom with a roll-top bath and shower completes the layout.

Outside, guests have use of a private hot tub with robes provided, an enclosed garden with outdoor furniture and a charcoal barbecue, and exclusive access to a games room with a pool table. The property forms part of a small complex within a working farm, where farm dogs are present on site, and guests are free to explore the surrounding farmland. Off-road parking is provided on-site, and Wi-Fi is included.

Two dogs are welcome by arrangement, with additional charges applying. A travel cot and highchair are available for younger guests, useful for family stays. No local takeaway deliveries reach the property, though major supermarkets do offer delivery to the area. Check-in is from 3pm and check-out by 10am.
