This cottage sits near Combe Martin, within walking distance of the beach, shops and a pub, and sleeps five across three bedrooms. Upstairs you'll find a double room with an adjacent WC, a twin room and a single room, all served by a single bathroom with an electric shower over the bath.

The ground floor is arranged around a combined kitchen and diner fitted with a gas oven, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer and a Nespresso coffee machine. The lounge retains exposed wooden beams and is heated by electric and central heating, with a decorative electric fire in place of the original gas version.

Outside, the garden is enclosed and secure, suiting dogs let off the lead, with an outside seating area for evenings. Up to three dogs are welcome, though additional charges may apply. Parking is provided for two cars, though visitors should note a narrow lane with an uneven surface leads up to the property.

A cot and highchair are available on request, making the cottage practical for families travelling with young children. The neighbouring cottage sleeps five and can be booked alongside this one at a discounted rate for larger groups. Arrival is from 5pm and departure is before 10am.
