One Mill House

One Mill House sits close to the centre of Combe Martin, near Ilfracombe, with pubs, shops and the beach all around 100 metres from the door. The open-plan ground floor brings together a sitting area with comfortable sofas and a Smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with dining space for five, giving a practical layout for a group settling in after a day out.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms: a king-size, a 4' double and a single, sharing one family bathroom with a shower over the bath and a WC. The cottage sleeps five in total, making it suited to a family or small group rather than larger parties.

Outside, a fully enclosed courtyard has patio furniture for outdoor dining, and there is storage for surfboards, useful given the proximity to the coast and surrounding Exmoor National Park walking routes. Onsite parking is provided for one car only, so groups travelling with more than one vehicle will need to make alternative arrangements locally.

A washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and electric double oven are included in the kitchen, and internet access is available. No dogs are permitted at this property. Arrival is from 16:00 and departure is before 10:00, and at Christmas time the cottage is decorated for the season.
