Kiln Cottage

Kiln Cottage is a semi-detached cottage a short stroll from the centre of Combe Martin, on the coast between Exmoor National Park and the North Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It sleeps 5 across three bedrooms, a ground-floor single plus a king-size and a bunk room upstairs.

The open-plan living space downstairs holds the kitchen, dining area and sitting room, warmed by an electric fire alongside gas central heating. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, and the sitting area has a Smart TV and WiFi. A cloakroom serves the ground floor, and a shower room with a walk-in shower serves the two upstairs bedrooms.

The rear garden has a patio and the property's own Grade II listed kiln, though the lawn at the very back is out of bounds for safety reasons. Off-road parking is provided for two cars, though the entrance to the parking area is narrow.

Kiln Cottage takes no pets and is no smoking, and bookings run for a minimum of 3 nights. The beach, shops and a pub are all a short walk away in Combe Martin, with Ilfracombe around 5 miles away, Woolacombe 12 miles and Barnstaple 13 miles for a day out further along the coast.
