This cottage sits in the village of Combe Martin, on the edge of Exmoor National Park, and sleeps up to five guests across three bedrooms. Original features have been retained alongside more recent updates, giving the interior a settled, homely character throughout. The moorland and coastline of the national park lie close by, and the village itself offers a pub and shop within easy walking distance.

The living room has a wood burner set in a brick fireplace, along with a bay window overlooking the village and hillside beyond. The kitchen is equipped for everyday cooking, with an electric hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge/freezer. Meals can be taken in the adjoining conservatory, a light-filled space furnished with a wooden dining table and chairs, and French doors open from here onto the garden.

Upstairs, a landing leads to the three bedrooms, made up of one king-size, one twin and one single room, along with the family bathroom, which has a shower over the bath and a WC. A second shower room with WC is located on the ground floor. Internet access is available throughout the property, and a welcome pack is provided on arrival.

Outside, the lawned garden has furniture for sitting out, making it a pleasant spot for morning coffee or an evening drink. Private parking is provided for two cars. A pub and shop are within 200 metres of the cottage, and the local beach is around half a mile away, with further beaches at Woolacombe, Croyde and Saunton all within a short drive. Dogs are not permitted at this property. Arrival is from 16:00, with departure required before 10:00 on the day of checkout.
