10 Manleigh Park

10 Manleigh Park is a pet-friendly, single-storey lodge on Combe Martin's Manleigh Park, on the edge of Exmoor National Park, with valley views towards the village and coast. It sleeps 4 in a double and a twin bedroom.

A family bathroom with a bath, shower over, basin and heated towel rail serves both bedrooms. The open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area is equipped with an oven and hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, hairdryer and TV, with WiFi and fuel and power included in the rent.

A private decked veranda is set up for dining outdoors, and one allocated parking space is provided in the car park. A highchair and travel cot are available on request, and guests share an on-site launderette. Combe Martin's beach is 1.1 miles away, with Newberry Beach and Wild Pear Beach also within reach.

Up to three well-behaved dogs are welcome and must be kept on leads on site, with a dog exercise field and towels provided elsewhere on the park. The shop is 0.4 miles and the pub 0.2 miles away. Check-in is from 4pm, check-out by 10am, Sunday arrivals are not accepted, and smoking is not permitted. The South West Coast Path passes close to the park, leading to Hangman Cliffs, England's highest sea cliff, and Exmoor Zoo, Watermouth Castle and Arlington Court all make for a good day out.
