1 Manleigh Park

1 Manleigh Park is a single-storey lodge on Combe Martin's Manleigh Park, on the edge of Exmoor National Park, with views across woodland towards the village and the sea beyond. A step leads up to the door, and the lodge sleeps 4 across a double and a bunk bedroom.

A shower room with a walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC serves both bedrooms. The open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area is fitted with an oven and hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and a TV with DVD player, plus WiFi; fuel and power are included in the rent.

An enclosed patio with furniture is set up for meals outdoors, and one allocated parking space is provided in the car park. A highchair and travel cot are available on request, and guests share an on-site launderette. The park's on-site bar serves cold bottled beers and seasonal food, there is a children's play area on site, and a Co-op is within reach for everyday essentials.

Up to three well-behaved dogs are welcome, kept on leads on site, with a dog exercise field and towels provided elsewhere on the park. The shop is 0.4 miles, the pub 0.2 miles and the beach 1.1 miles away. Check-in is from 4pm, check-out by 10am, Sunday arrivals are not accepted, and smoking is not permitted.
