11 Manleigh Park

Set in an elevated spot on Manleigh Park, 11 Manleigh Park is a two-bedroom lodge within walking distance of Combe Martin village and its sandy beach. The park sits on the edge of Exmoor National Park, with views across the village towards the sea and surrounding woodland.

An allocated parking space sits below the lodge, reached by external steps. Inside, an open-plan living space combines the kitchen, dining area and sitting area, with an oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, hairdryer, TV and WiFi. The lodge sleeps 4 in a double and a twin bedroom, both served by a bathroom with a bath and shower over.

A decked veranda gives room to sit out and take in the valley and coastline. Central heating covers the lodge, with fuel, power, bed linen and towels included in the rent, and a highchair and travel cot are available on request. Guests also have access to a shared, on-site launderette.

The lodge sleeps 4, and maximum occupancy includes infants. Three well-behaved dogs are welcome, with access to a dedicated exercise field and dog towels, though pets must be kept on leads at all times while on site. There are steps up to the lodge, so care is needed, and the park does not accept Sunday arrivals. Smoking is not permitted, and the shop is 0.4 miles away, the pub 0.2 miles and the beach 1.1 miles.
