Violet's Rest

Violet's Rest is a ground-floor apartment in Exeter, within easy reach of the city centre. The layout is simple and compact: a double bedroom, a shower room, a kitchen/diner and a living/dining room where guests can put their feet up after a day out. The apartment sleeps 2.

The kitchen/diner has an electric oven and hob, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine, a kettle and a toaster, and the shower room has a walk-in shower, a basin and a WC. A Smart TV and WiFi are provided in the living space, and gas central heating covers the flat, with fuel and power included in the rent, along with bed linen and towels.

Outside, a shared front garden has a patio, a lawn and a bench, and shared driveway parking is available for guests' cars. The apartment sits in a quiet part of the University district, a short distance from Exeter's shops, cathedral and restaurants, with the Exe Estuary Trail also within reach.

One well-behaved pet is welcome, making this a practical choice for dog owners. Smoking is not permitted, and the property only takes holiday bookings, not worker or council bookings. The shop is 0.1 miles away and the pub 0.5 miles, both close enough to reach without a car.
