Villa 8, Estura is an elegant three-storey townhouse five minutes' walk from Salcombe's waterfront, sleeping 8 across four bedrooms, three of them en suite. The first-floor kitchen is fitted with designer units, quartz worktops and a range of Miele appliances, including a boiling hot water tap, and opens into a light living and dining area with fabulous sea views.

Tri-folding doors lead from the living area onto a good-sized balcony with panoramic views across the estuary towards Millbay and East Portlemouth beaches. Two bedrooms sit on the ground floor: a master with a super-king-size bed and en-suite shower room, and a further en-suite double with a king-size bed.

The lower ground floor holds a third double with a king-size four-poster bed and a children's room with two single beds, served by a family bathroom. A separate utility room has a washing machine and tumble drier, and the kitchen also has a fridge/freezer, gas hob and oven, dishwasher, built-in microwave and a Dualit toaster. A Samsung Smart TV and Sonos sound system are provided, along with wireless broadband, and gas-fired underfloor heating and hot water run throughout.

Allocated parking is provided for one car. Villa 8 takes no pets and is strictly no smoking, making it a good base for two families holidaying together or an extended family celebration.
