Villa 1, Estura

Villa 1, Estura is a three-storey villa around a five-minute walk from Salcombe's waterfront. It sleeps 8 across four super-king-size bedrooms: an en-suite master bedroom and a further double bedroom on the ground floor, plus two more en-suite bedrooms on the lower ground floor, one of which opens onto a private waterside terrace with seating. A family bathroom sits on the ground floor next to the double bedroom, alongside a utility room. At least two flights of steps lead from the parking area down to the property.

The first floor holds a hand-crafted kitchen with quartz worksurfaces and Miele integrated appliances, leading into a living and dining area with sea views; tri-folding doors open onto a furnished balcony with panoramic views across the estuary. Underfloor gas heating runs through the villa, and the property also has a fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, toaster and kettle, plus a TV and WiFi. Allocated parking for one car is provided, though the exact space may change.

Guests can use the spa facilities at the neighbouring Harbour Hotel, including the gym, pool, sauna and steam room for up to four people at a time, with a discount on treatments and at the Jetty restaurant. No pets are permitted and the villa is strictly no smoking. Bed linen and towels are supplied, and the allocated parking space may change during a stay, though hotel reception staff can help locate it.
